C. Atlas Ryals III
Born in Raleigh, NC, and raised in Harnett County. Atlas attended Campbell University, in Buies Creek, NC, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Trust & Wealth Management and a minor in Financial Planning. During this time he also worked as a real estate agent and helped out with his family’s small business. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Atlas enrolled in the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law located on Campbell University’s Raleigh campus. Here he finished his Juris Doctorate degree in 2 & 1/2 years. While at Campbell Law, Atlas participated in the Stubbs Bankruptcy Clinic, Child Permanency Appeals Project, the Campbell Law Innocence Project, and was a Fall ‘17 quarter-finalist in the school wide Richard A. Lord Intramural Moot Court Competition.
He also took advantage of the advanced trial advocacy training offered by Campbell through Baylor Law School in St. Andrews, Scotland: the Academy of the Advocate. Additionally, Atlas had the opportunity to intern with the Wake County Public Defender’s office and with Turner Law; both experiences focused heavily on criminal district court.
Since opening Ryals Law PLLC Atlas has dedicated himself to growing his practice and serving his clients. In his downtime, Atlas enjoys spending time with his dog and his ceramics hobby.

Alexia Dominguez is a dedicated bilingual attorney licensed in North Carolina, bringing experience and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges. Alexia attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor of Arts in both Biology and Anthropolgy as well as a minor in Social and Economic Justice. Ayeshinaye Smith
Born and raised in North Carolina, Ayeshinaye Smith is a dedicated advocate and attorney who is passionate about serving her community. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where her experiences shaped her dedication to helping others. After working in the financial industry, attended Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and simultaneously pursued a Master of Trust and Wealth Management to expand her expertise in addressing clients' financial and legal needs.
Ayeshinaye also earned her Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws (LLM), focusing her studies on special education reform and advocating for the rights of disabled individuals. Her inspiration for this advocacy comes from her brother, Darien, who has Down syndrome and autism. Their journey together fueled Ayeshinaye’s passion for supporting the disabled community, which remains a cornerstone of her work.
During her legal career, Ayeshinaye has built a strong foundation in family law and estate planning. She brings empathy, a client-focused approach, and a wealth of knowledge to each case.
